2767617 - Redirect functionality if DPCS is Rejected/Revoked - Recruiting Management

Whenever candidates rejects/revoke the DPCS - Candidate lands on another Site

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Login to RCM/RMK career site
2. Click view Profile and then click create account.
3. Fill in all the details and then decline the DPCS statement.
4. User lands on another URL

This is the expected functionality and depends if the redirect is configured in the Admin Center >> Internal DPCS >> Redirect field.

No Redirect URL for Decline in Admin 

Admin Center > Data Privacy Statement > Internal DPCS > Ensure that Redirect URL for decline is empty. If not, empty it and save.

1. Login to Career Site as internal user.
2. My Profile > Search Options and Privacy > Open DPCS > Revoke
3. The user should be redirected to the RMK Portal URL configured in Provisioning > Configure Recruiting Marketing - Datacenter URL > RMK Portal URL
4. Try to login again to Career Site as internal user
5. The user should be directed to the DPCS intermediate page
6. Decline the DPCS and click OK
7. The user should be redirected to the RMK Portal URL configured in Provisioning > Configure Recruiting Marketing Datacenter URL > RMK Portal URL

If the Redirect URL is configured:

 Admin Center > Data Privacy Statement > Internal DPCS > Add a URL to the Redirect field.

1. Login to Career Site as internal user.
2. My Profile > Search Options and Privacy > Open DPCS > Revoke
3. The user should be redirected to the RMK Portal URL configured in Provisioning > Configure Recruiting Marketing - Datacenter URL > RMK Portal URL
4. Try to login again to Career Site as internal user
5. The user should be directed to the DPCS intermediate page
6. Decline the DPCS and click OK
7. Instead of redirecting the user to the RMK Portal URL, the user should be redirected to the URL in Admin Center.
