2767812 - Goal Management Ad Hoc Reports are Returning Blank Rows for Employees Without Goals Created

Symptom

In an Ad hoc report on the Goal Management domain, blank rows are returned for users who have not created goals.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Reports/Analytics
  2. Click the Ad Hoc Reports
  3. Click Create New Report
  4. Report Type: Single Domain
  5. Report Definition Type Goal Management > Create
  6. Enter Report Title under General Info
  7. In the People tab > choose other filters > Ok
  8. In the Data Sets > Select the PM Form Template Name
  9. Select Columns > Then choose which fields you would like to display/include in the report. click on the Deleted column and Status Column
  10. Skip Configuration tab
  11. Click Save > Generate

In the generated report, there are blank rows for employees who have not created any goals.

Resolution

  • Ad hoc reports on the Goal domain that are run without any filters, return blank rows for users who have not created goals.
  • This is currently the expected behaviour of reports run without filters.
