2767820 - Candidate Search new default values

Since b1902 (CW13), for some criterias in the candidate search, their default value will change from "contains" to  "is exactly"

Before b1902, while navigating to candidate search and applying certain criterias, such as Basic Info --> Last Name, the default value used to be "contains", as per screenshot below

From b1902 (CW13) onwards, we will see some changes for certain criterias and the default value would be "is exactly" instead. However, customers will still be able to use the remaining criterias such as: contains and start with.
