The responsibility of the Recruiting Posting module is to send the activation request to the job board. It is the Job Board responsibility to either accept or refuse this request.

The job board should be able to provide the reason why the activation was refused and this could be visible (if provided by the job board) on your Recruiting Posting interface when the request status is "Connection refused by the job board":

However, it could happen that the job board doesn't send the reason of rejection to Recruiting Posting. In this case, you need to contact the job board to request more details. If you want to start a new activation process for the same job board, the configuration created by the refused activation needs to be deleted first.

Also, the feed activation may be canceled or considered as refused because the job board did not answer the request even if reminders were sent.
