2. Go to Recruiting module
3. Slowness while loading the page

There could be several reasons for this to happen, but one of the main causes is when the user opening the Recruiting module has too many job requisitions and this might take more time to load the page. Also, another possible cause is if there are several job requisitions for that user but this person is filtering by 'All Job Requisitions' and a few keywords. The keywords will try to find all job requisitions that their titles match the keywords. So, for example, if there are 7000 job requisitions and there's a filter for the 'Atlanta', keyword, it could take a long time for the system to search in all 7000 if 'Atlanta' is in the job title.

One possible resolution for this case would be to use the 'Filter Job Requisitions' field to switch between the 'Open Job Requisitions', 'Job requisitions pending approval' or 'Closed Job Requisitions', and then apply the filter using keywords in 'Filter Options'. This could be a resolution because this way the system will only apply the search for keywords for Job Requisitions that are in Open or Closed status, using the previous suggestion.
