2768033 - Competencies are not visible on the Job Postings - Recruiting Management

Job Profile Builder is enabled. For a requisition with no role selected, the competencies in the Job Profile section are not showing on the internal or external posting.

This is expected behavior. It is possible to configure competencies to appear on the internal or external postings for requisitions with a role selected, but without a role the competencies will not appear on the job postings. To show competencies on a job posting, please select a role.
