Symptom
- Content will not run in the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System

Cause
- Currently the launch urls are constructed based on the name/path of the uploaded content.
- These problematic characters can corrupt the launch urls, causing 404 errors and other malfunctions.
Resolution
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning follows IETF standards while adding file names to the content to be imported.
