2768134 - Remote backup using stripes fails in 'close' call with OS error 5 (Input/output error) - SAP ASE 16.0

• A remote database backup with stripes to the S3 bucket mount reaches 100% and then fails.

• The error on the local Backup Server:

Feb 25 12:16:22 2019: Backup Server: 4.188.1.1: Database XXX: 211181954 kilobytes (100%) DUMPED.
Feb 25 12:17:02 2019: Backup Server: 5.7.2.13: RPC ('bs_end_dump') execution failed.
Feb 25 12:19:44 2019: Backup Server: 3.42.1.1: DUMP is complete (database XXX).

• The error for each stripe in the remote Backup Server:

Feb 25 12:17:02 2019: Backup Server: 4.141.2.86: [14] The 'close' call failed for database/archive device while working on stripe device '/inv-database-backup/FullDB_dump_XXX/XXX_2019-02-25T11:04:29_00.dmp' with error number 5 (Input/output error). • After this error the dump files turn back to a "zero" size. 
• The same remote backup without stripes to the S3fs mount works fine.
