Symptom

DBSQL_SQL_ERROR dumps in the system with the following information:

In addition, in the source or target system, the message "EXEC_LUWS" is logged in the system logs (transaction SM21) a few minutes or hours before the dumps.

Or in the source system, there are long running work processes which are occupied by SAPLERFC report for the 'DB Update' on table ARFCRSTATE.
