2768315 - Unable to change Price on Purchase Order Line Items

The price field is grayed out in Purchase Order line item

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center
2. Select view: Purchase Orders
3. Search for the respective Purchase Order
4. Select View All
5. Navigate to Items tab
6. Select the relevant item for which you want to change the price
7. Here you can see that the Price field is grayed out
8. Go to Prices tab and you will see that Add row is grayed out

If the invoice document is not yet created for the Purchase Order , then the price/details under prices tab can be updated/added in the Purchase Order. So once invoice is created you cannot edit the prices on purchase order.

1.kindly complete the existing Purchase order if its partially invoiced and then click on Actions button and choose"finish invoice"

 later you can create new Purchase order for remaining quantity with all changes required.

2. Cancel or Void, the existing supplier invoices, then you can make changes as required.
