2768323 - G/L account determination for unplanned services - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • You have a service PO which contains limit data only. Then, you create a Service Entry Sheet (SES) for this service line and you recognize that the G/L account of the SES is different from the one you've added in the PO.
  • When change G/L account manually in PO , follow-on documents like SES , GR is not updated with the new G/L account.
  • When a follow on SES is created for a limit PO item, the service line maintained in the SES will be cosidered as unplanned service.
