2768424 - Finished Purchase Order Still Available for Time Recording

A finished purchase order is still available for time recording for a service agent.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the work center Business Partner Data
2. Go to the view Service Agents
3. Search for the relevant service agent and click Edit Time Sheet
4. Pick a project task and fill in all other required values
5. Open the value help for the purchase order

You see all purchase orders relevant for the service agents even the ones that are already finished.

The finished purchase order is still there because the Unlimited Over-Delivery checkbox is ticked in the purchase order.

1. Go to the work center Purchase Requests and Orders
2. Go to the view Purchase Orders
3. Search for the relevant finished purchase order
4. Click Edit
5. Go to the tab Items
6. Here you can see that the checkbox for Unlimited Over-Delivery is ticked
7. If you uncheck it, the finished purchase order will not be available for time recording anymore
