2768584 - Thing Inspector screen becomes blank upon refresh

Symptom

While working on a mashup On Fiori client, you clicked on the standard Refresh button and the mashup screen went missing.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer Fiori Client

Reproducing the Issue

1) Login to system in Fiori Client.

2) Navigate to Mashup screen containing the mashup.

3) Click on the refresh button ( located beside Edit button ).

4) You observe that the screen becomes blank.

 

Cause

This occurs when the MASHUP_REUSE_ENABLED flag is enabled for the system.

The Developers have added this in their backlog and will be providing a solution for it with a future release.

Resolution

You may disable the MASHUP_REUSE_ENABLED flag by creating an Inicdent with SAP Support.

Or, instead of clicking the refresh button, you may switch the tab you are working on to refresh the screen.
