User is recieving an error when launching an AICC course. "Launch terminated:The asset is not in the user's Catalog"

This error is not one generated by the LMS, looking at the launch method , this is trying to go to a site outside the LMS where the content is hosted. That site is restricting access.

Check with the content vendor or created on fiding a solution, this is out of scope for support as it requires a solution provided to be done in the content files or outside the LMS.
