2768712 - Hide / Restrict Peers from the Team Absence Calendar

Symptom

The Team Absence Calendar shows a list of Absences of the Teammates.

  • Is it possible to hide the "PEERS" tab on the Team Absence Calendar?
  • Is it possible to Hide a Peer / restrict the number of peers that are displayed on the Team Absence Calendar when applying a Leave?

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core - All Versions
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - All Versions

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Time Off Section
  2. On the ESS Screen, click on the 'Show Team Absences" button
  3. On the pop-up, select the "Peers" tab
  4. The Team Absence Calendar is displayed with All the users despite having RBP's in place for a restricted population

Cause

Currently, this is not possible.There is no way to hide the peers TAB or create a permission group to dynamically bring the peers.

Resolution

  • Please raise an Enhancement request as per the KBA below for our Product Group to review this Requirement
