Symptom
You are entering information on numeric fields on SAP Cloud for Customer mobile application and the keyboard shown is not native to your device.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
-
Open Sales Orders work center.
- Open or create a sales order.
- Change to Products section of the sales order.
- Add a product.
- Click on the quantity field.
- An application custom keyboard is prompted.
Resolution
-
Login to the SAP Cloud for Customer mobile application.
- Click on your photo on the top-right.
- Click on settings.
- Click on numeric keypad settings.
- Disable the numeric keypad.
- Click on save.
- Logoff from the mobile application.
- Logon to the mobile application again.
