2768767 - Completion date for courses before the user hired date

User has completion date for a course before his/her hired date.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System

The course's completion for the user was done by an admin, not by the user and the admin recorded the completion for a date before the user hired date.

LMS does not check the Hired Date column on user's record with the user's course completion date.

Admin can change the completion date by using the Learning Event Editor. Please review KBA 2340618 about it.
