2768767 - Completion date for item before the user's hired date

User has completion events with completion dates that are prior to their hired date.

The item's completion might have been recorded by a Learning administrator, using a completion date that was before the user's hired date. This can be done, as the Learning application does not validate the Hired Date info when a completion is being recorded for a user.

To validate how the user's completion was recorded, please:

1. Navigate to Learning Administration > Reports >
2. Search for the report User Item History Audit Report (CSV) >
3. And execute it filtering by the affected user and item >
4. Look at the 'Action', 'Last update timestamp', and 'Last update user' to see what changes were made, when, and by who.
