Symptom
Services Sessions like the EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) are generated incompletely.
- The overall rating is green but the document only contains a few pages with almost no content.
- The product version displays in the report is different with the product version in LMDB. E.g. the product version is SAP S/4HANA 2022 in LMDB, but in the report is appears as SAP S/4HANA 2021.
- While checking the workbench using transaction DSA you recognize the product is correct in check "Define Session Scope"
But different/wrong in "Landscape". - This will also lead to the EWA can't be sent to SAP.
