Symptom

The Generate Summary action is not available for Perfect Store Visits.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Visits work center.
  2. Open the Visit ABC (ABC represents the Perfect Store Visit ID).
  3. Select the Actions button.
  4. The Generate Summary button is not visible.

Cause

Product Management confirm that the Generate Summary function is currently not supported for Perfect Store Visits.
