2769117 - In Purchase Order Out put history the Template Registered Products is appearing

You are unable to view the Output form of the Purchase order and also you notice  that wrong template is appearing in the output history tab of the purchase order.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Purchase requests and orders work center
2. Go to Purchase orders
3. Search and select the respective purchase order
4. Click on edit and then click on view all
5. Go to Output history tab
6. You will see that wrong template Registered Products is appearing

This we have seen happen in systems only the first time when the output channel selection or form template selection is not set up.
Currently for the first purchase order the first output picks up the registered product template. Unfortunately, we do not have any way to reproduce this as it happens only one time.
If you create new purchase order system throws error as Form template code mandatory.
 This error message about form template appears if for the combination of company and Supplier of your purchase order ,there is no form template selection rule maintained currently in the system and hence as mentioned above the wrong template code is picked for the first time.

For effected Purchase order, Cancel it and create new purchase order.

Steps to maintain Form template selection rule to avoid this issue in future.

1. Go to application user management work center
2. Go to Form template selection
3. Search for Created purchase order.
4. Then enter a fall back rule at the end with company ,supplier , purchasing unit, interactive process as * and then the required form template code.

 also we recommend you to maintain default rule for all documents like changed purchase order, cancelled purchase order etc.

Sales order is not created, intercompany sales order not created
