Calibration mode is a legacy feature that is still currently available in 360 v11 Templates, however there are a number of existing issues related to this function, including pulling in an overall rating in Ad hoc Reporting.
- This setting is not supported on 360 Fiori (2.0).

The suggested alternative if you want to provide or review the different ratings for employees, is to use Stack Ranker.
