2769229 - Incorrect list is displayed in Suggested Successors

Suggested Successors is showing incorrect list even if you have already set the filters in Manage Suggested Role

SuccessFactors BIZX: Succession & Development

1. Go to Succession Org Chart V12

2. Hit the Position Title

3. Add Successor > It will show the list of Suggested Successors

Manage Suggested Role tool only worked for suggested roles recommendation. Role readiness is a different function with different logic. Role readiness calculation is based on competences's last rating from forms/learnings/etc  and expect rating from Job Profile Builder. Competency filter is not working for role readiness calculation.

Even if you have already set a filter for competencies in manage suggested role. The filter criteria (in Career worksheet) is not considered during Readiness % calculation. Users will still appear in suggested successors depending on his/her readiness.
