2769294 - “Error: Runtime Exception: Error [Server]: System error in program CL_RS_BASE and form IS_HIERARCHY_ADHOC-01-; MsgClass:” displays when selecting a hierarchy from G/L account

When you try to add business rule and select an account for G/L account, error message "Error: Runtime Exception: Error [Server]: System error in program CL_RS_BASE and form IS_HIERARCHY_ADHOC-01-; MsgClass:" displays for an account hierarchy.

You have checked the hierarchy of GL_ACCONT in S/4 HANA by T-code FSE2 and the hierarchy version does exist.

You have refreshed buffer for the hierarchy according to the note 2433659 and it might cause another error “Source Account : For InfoObject /ERP/GL_ACCT, hierarchy XXX version does not exist”
