Symptom
- In step Define HTTP Connectivity the configuration cannot be saved due to HTTP error 404 (Not Found) for JAVA ICM Internal WS Access:
ICM for Intern. Web Serv. access: logical port check failed - CO_DIAG_WILY_WS_MANAGED_SETUP using http://<SAP Solution Manager Java hostname>:<SAP Solution Manager Java Port>
SOAP:1007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 404 : Not found")
- Connection test to TEST_CONNECTIVITY_J2EE also fails with the same Not Found error:
Web service ping failed (RC=404). Service Ping ERROR: Not Found

- SAP Solution Manager JAVA is correctly defined on LMDB, where J2EESystem and J2EEInstanceKernel data suppliers were registered and recently updated (green status)
- If trying to access following URL using the browser, it also fails with the same HTTP 404 error message:
http://<SAP Solution Manager Java hostname>:<SAP Solution Manager Java Port>/ManagedSetupWS/Config1?style=document
