2769778 - Distorted Portal display and 404 errors /com.sap.portal.theming.webdav.themeswebdavlistener/Base/baseLib/<theme-name>/<css-file> post upgrade

Symptom

  • After upgrading your Portal the display is distorted
  • Applications using WebDynpro, BI, BEx, WebGUI etc. look distorted/are missing styles
  • Checking the HTTP Trace in the web browser you see 404 Not found errors for CSS under /Base/baseLib/ folder:
    http://<host>:<port>/com.sap.portal.theming.webdav.themeswebdavlistener/Base/baseLib/<theme e.g: sap_tradeshow_plus>/<css file e.g: ie6, sf3, standards>.css
