You're trying to synchronize from Microsoft Outlook to SAP Cloud For Customer, but notice the contacts (or any other document) are not being sent.

When checking the Conflicts folder in Microsoft Outlook you see errors of type Conflict Occurred and detailed message Conflict occurred for contact; most recent update ignored out-of-date update.

Time is not synchronized between the local computer and SAP Cloud For Customer server.


To resolve the issue you must confirm the current time on the website, which is the time SAP Cloud For Customer is synchronized with, and then update the time on your local computer to match exactly the same, including the seconds.

Any difference in the time between the two can cause conflict errors while synchronizing documents from Microsoft Outlook to SAP Cloud For Customer.
