What are the different statuses of my posting in Job Status Table?

The job status of your posting will be displayed in the Job Status Table once you post a job with Recruiting Posting on one or several job boards.

• Active (+ publication link): the job posting has been correctly transmitted to the job board, the publication URL is available
• Sent: the job posting has been transmitted to the job board, but the publication cannot be confirmed by providing the URL. Please note that this lack of confirmation doesn't mean that the job is not published.
  Also, you will get a warning message "The job posting was sent to the job board. The publication URL is unavailable due to the job board's technical limitations." Please note that this is not an error but only a warning that the job was transmitted, but the publication URL will not be available.
• Processing: the job posting will be sent to the job board within next transmission flow
• Error: the job was sent to the job board but job board system returns an error message - job board credentials issue, job board credits not available, some fields are not correctly populated
• Invalid Fields: the job board's system sends back error messages because of one or more incorrectly populated fields while posting a job
• Expired: the job has expired or has been deleted and has been removed from the job board. (It is not possible to remove the display of the job board name line in the job posting status table, even if you do not wish to use this specific job board again while using others. The line with the job board will still be displayed with status "expired").

Important Note: "Active" and "Sent" statuses are both considered as "Published" statuses.
