• I can't find the users that I'm looking for in the tab "Users to Posting Profile Associations" even if I've already granted Recruiting Posting permission.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

The users' synchronization in Recruiting Posting using the SSO integration is launched automatically once a day at 5 AM CET. When checking new users, please take into consideration that the synchronization process takes several hours and usually happens between 5 AM and 11 AM CET. It is not possible to launch the first synchronization manually, but if you add new users to the ones that are already synchronized, you can use the "Synchronize Users" button (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 3151632).

Before reporting any users' synchronization issue, make sure that Recruiting Posting permissions (see SAP Knowledge Based Article 2761517) have been granted since at least 24 hours. Also note, that the limit of synchronized users is 3 000 (make sure you don't grant Recruiting Posting permissions to more than 3000 users).
