2770250 - Create ES_ADMIN user fails on error Primary key for table 'ISYSUSER' is not unique - SAP Dynamic Tiering

• Upgrade from  DT 1 to  DT 2
• As part of the DT upgrade you need to run sp_iqrebuildindex on DT using the ES_ADMIN user.

And you need to create that user with the command:
ALTER EXTENDED STORAGE CREATE ADMIN USER ES_ADMIN PASSWORD pwd FORCE PASSWORD CHANGE OFF

• You could hit this error:

ALTER EXTENDED STORAGE CREATE ADMIN USER ES_ADMIN PASSWORD pwd FORCE PASSWORD CHANGE OFF
