2770382 - E-mail Notification Cannot be Read Due to Unknown Characters

You are receiving incident notification from SAP with the subject in your own language, but the text content is in foreign language (oriental encoding).

This behavior is related to Content conversion, Mailbox Transport Delivery service on Mailbox Server.

You must to check outlook encoding.

1. Click on “file”.
2. Select “option” and go to “advanced” view.
3. Scroll down the page until “international options”.
