2770411 - Search candidate profiles created by bulk upload from a .CSV file - Recruiting Management

Symptom

Once the batch job for the bulk creation of candidate profiles from CSV files is completed, recruiting users can search for these profiles using batch job's name in the candidate search. This can be done as soon as verification is received that the profiles have been uploaded successfully.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Resolution

  1. Go to Recruiting >> Candidates
  2. To search for a candidate profile that was created by a bulk upload from a CSV file, click Activity >> Created Via Bulk Upload 
  3. Enter the Batch Name and click the Search button

NOTE: During the upload the batch name is a unique identifier and can not be changed post upload. It is also not possible to delete a batch once uploaded or remove it from the Candidate Search.
