2770543 - Can not generate a stack XML copy in Maintenance Planner

Symptom

You want to copy a stack XML generated for system A to another system B to generate a stack XML for the same target. The two systems should have the same technical details (software component versions and support package level), for example, the system B was copied from system A. But after clicking "Generating a Stack XML Copy" and selecting the SID B, the error occurs as below:

The current state of technical systems do not match due to the above components.
