Symptom

  • You want to set a start constraint "Must start on" in a task. The system issues warning message "Constraint conflicts with predecessor/successor" and automatically changes the constraint type to "Start No Earlier than".
  • You want to set a finish constraint "Must finish on" in a task. The system issues warning message "Constraint conflicts with predecessor/successor" and automatically changes the constraint type to "Finish no later than".
