2770914 - Recurring Time Accounts Not Created Automatically for Next Year

Symptom

Time account for the following year is not automatically created by the system

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off
  • People Profile (PP3)

Cause

'Account Creation Automation' setting is set to 'No Automation' on the time account type configuration

Resolution

When account creation automation is not enabled for recurring time account type, time accounts will not be automatically created by the system for the following year(s).

To create time accounts when account creation automation is disabled, manually run an account creation calendar in Admin Center > Manage Time Off Calendars.
