2770923 - Clearing Donut Chart Selections is Affecting Advanced Filters

Symptom

You have selected advanced filters for your sales quotes, opportunities or sales orders lists and created their donut charts, but after clicking the chart background your filters are no longer applied to the list.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Sales work center.
  2. Open Opportunities view and observe the number of opportunities listed.
  3. Open Advanced Filters.
  4. Filter by Status equals "In Process", "Lost" and "Open" and click Go.
  5. Observe the number of opportunities listed.
  6. Open the Donut Chart.
  7. On Status chart, click on one of the status.
  8. Now click on the background of the chart to deselect the status.
  9. Observe the number of opportunities listed is now the original one, without filters.

Notes:

  • This is replicable in all donut charts.
  • This is replicable with filters other than status.

Resolution

This is the standard behavior of the system.
