Symptom

Error - like "Invalid GUI input data: FOCUS DATA" - with WebGUI screen where a transaction uses tab control.

Important: Issue most likely will only occur when WebGUI is called via the Portal, CRM or FLP when WebGUI service is called within another Web Framework.
