"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
Environment
SAP Successfactors Recruiting Management (RCM)
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Homepage and click the To do items for "Recruiting Approvals"
2. From Recruiting approvals, you can see that some shows the Requisition ID and Hiring Manager name while some To do items doesn't show both:
Cause
The issue happens if the job requisition is created via SFAPI (SAP Integration) and has been reported as a code defect.
Resolution
As a Workaround: You can open the job requisition directly and try to save it (with any changes). It will refresh the To do item and the Hiring Manager name and Requisition ID will show after saving it.
Since this issue has been verified as a code defect by our Engineering team, they already provided a code fix which is available on b1902 release (Q1 2019). All job requisitions created via SFAPI after b1902 will now have the Hiring Manager name and Job req ID.
Note: Old Job req IDs that was created priori to b1902 via SFAPI will not have Hiring manager name and Job req ID unless it has been saved or moved to next approver.
