2770982 - How to change user language

• How to change the user's language in SuccessFactors Learning?
• The instructor is unable to change the language, as its access to learning is only to the "My Classes" tab.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

From the Learning side:

1. Access Learning.
2. Open Activities > Select 'Options and Settings'.
3. Locate the Select a Locale and Time Zone > Click on the field "Active Locale ID".
4. Search for the desired locale, and Select.
5. Click "Apply Changes".

From the Learning Administration side:

1. Access Learning Administration
2. Navigate to People > Users 
3. Search for the user and open the record
4. Select 'Preferences' tab> Click on the field 'Active Locale ID'
5. Search for the desired locale, and Select.
6. Apply Changes.
