2770989 - Please choose a different SID for the SAP HANA database instance

Symptom

You are installing an SAP System on SAP HANA database. In the step "Database Instance", you get the following error:

"An SAP system of type ASCS having the SID <SID> and instance number <NR> already exists. Please choose a different SID for the SAP HANA database instance."

In the same host, there is already an ASCS installed with the same <SID> you have provided.
