By default, the Alerts or Analytic Charts or Dashboards could only be deleted by the creators in IBP. However you would like to delete the Alerts or Analytic Charts or Dashboards which were created by other users. This is a typical requirement that the creators are no longer existing in the IBP system(leave the company for example).
