2771111 - Expected revision not returned when search revision per functional location

Symptom

In transaction code WPS1 (selection revisions option), when you search for revision per functional location, the expected revision(s) is/are not returned. However, if you check the revision details directly, or check revision table T352R, you can see the functional location is assigned.
