While using Multi-select Job Requisition Filter Fields, is it possible to remove the Primary value?

As of today, this can be considered as the expected behavior of the system.

1. Go to Recruiting >> select any requisition where multi-select fields (mfield) are used for filter fields;
2. Select multiple values in the picklist associated to that multi-select field;
3. There is a required column "Primary" where you have to select a primary value out of the multiple values you have selected in step 2;

An mfield configuration requires a primary value to be specified. Primary value is used in integrations with other products or systems since most other systems cannot receive multiple values in a single field.

This Primary column cannot be removed from the Multi-select filter fields in a requisition.
