While using Multi-select Job Requisition Filter Fields, is it possible to remove the Primary value?

This is considered as an expected behavior of the current system design.

1. Go to Recruiting >> select any requisition where multi-select fields (mfield) are used for filter fields;
2. Select multiple values in the picklist associated to that multi-select field;
3. There is a required column "Primary" where you have to select a primary value out of the multiple values you have selected in step 2;

An mfield configuration requires a primary value to be specified. Primary value is used in integrations with other products or systems since most other systems cannot receive multiple values in a single field.

This 'Primary' column cannot be removed from the Multi-select filter fields in a requisition and the column label 'Primary' cannot be renamed or edited.
