Can we calculate bonus for invidual employees?

This is possible through your Variable Pay templates under Calculate Bonus.

There are two options for importing user(s) and manager(s) as seen in the below screen shot.

These two options will require an import file to calculate the bonus for a specific group of people you define.

You also have an option to select employees through the "Find User" option.

The file format required for both the employee/manager import has to be .csv.

This file will only need to consist of one column which is the users user names.

Once this file has been imported and calculation ran this will calculate bonus as normal.

Please note this will only run the bonus pay out for the imported users.
