2771476 - "No job_information in the snapshot as of date" Error in CompoundEmployee - SuccessFactors

The following error message is received when querying

XXXXX has no job_information in the snapshot as of date 1999-10-06
XXXXX has no job_information in the snapshot as of date 2000-01-01

SuccessFactors BizX - all versions.

CompoundEmployee searches for the information directly in the Database, therefore if the data is missing the CompoundEmployee API will not be able to retrieve this information due to validations.

Since API is pulling the job info since original hire date without the respective information available for job information during the snapshot date the interface will not be able to take the data further and the error message will be triggered.

Please review the data available in job information for that user.
