2771498 - Error when export in the source system during system copy

Symptom

When doing heterogeneous system copy as SAP Note 962019, in the export process, loadercli command returns errors below:

ERR 11311 IPC idfile: 'UserProfileContainer(stat)' open error, No such file or directory
Error connecting user <username> to database <SID> on <hostname>: -25004
A connection to the database could not be established: 1 = cannot create communication semaphore
