2771520 - Cannot Create Survey Category with Type Satisfaction.

Symptom

When you create a new survey category, you miss type “Satisfaction” as it is not in the dropdown of the "Type" list.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to the Overview and search for the Activity “Survey”.
  3. Open the Activity and click “Maintain Survey Categories”.
  4. Create a survey category with ID ZAB (AB represents the ID number, Z is needed for custom creations, for example Z01) and enter a category name.
  5. Click the dropdown list of Type.
  6. You do not find “Satisfaction” in the list.

Cause

To have the satisfaction survey in the system, you need to have “Enhanced Sales Campaign Functionalities” scoped in your Business Configuration.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to the Implementation Projects work center view.
  3. Click Edit Project Scope.
  4. Go to the Scoping step.
  5. Expand the Sales Campaign elements.
  6. Enable the “Enhanced Sales Campaign Functionalities” option.
  7. Click Next, and then the Finish button to save the changes.

Once this is scoped, you will start seeing the Satisfaction Type in the dropdown list for the Maintain Survey Categories fine tuning activity.
