You have scoped the Business Configuration question "Do you want to restart approval process on changes to approval relevant fields in an approved opportunity?" in your Implementation Project.

It's mentioned on overview that "When you make a change to approval relevant fields in an approved opportunity, the approval status will be reset to ‘Not Started’. The approval process can be re-triggered if the changes fulfill predefined approval conditions." and you would like to know which fields are considered as relevant on opportunity.

Re-approval scenario is linked to the approval process which is defined for an opportunity. If you check the approval process defined for opportunity, on Administration work center, there are defined conditions and steps on how approval will happen.

The attributes in the condition are the ones which are relevant for re-approval scenario as well.

For example, if the Account field is used as condition, the Account field on opportunity will be considered as relevant.
