2771572 - BP ID Numbers not replicated from S4HANA system to CRM system

Symptom

Adding, changing or deleting the identification number of a Business Partner in S4HANA system is not replicated to CRM system.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log on to SAP GUI.
  2. Open a Business Partner.
  3. Add or edit the identification number.
  4. Changes are not replicated to CRM system.

Cause

Program error.

Resolution
