2771602 - Error "Unable to authenticate. Please ensure your credentials are valid " when creating S/4 HANA Live connection in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

The following error occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

• Unable to authenticate. Please ensure your credentials are valid.
• Cannot return OAuth 2.0 SAML Bearer Assertion because could not retrieve OAuth 2.0 access token.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2020.08
• S/4 HANA Live connection 

1. Follow the steps from SAC help guide on section "Live Data Connection to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Edition via OAuth" and create connection.
2. When clicking on the OK button in the connection creation page, error "Unable to authenticate. Please ensure your credentials are valid." is seen.
3. Error "Cannot return OAuth 2.0 SAML Bearer Assertion because could not retrieve OAuth 2.0 access token" can be captured from HTTP traffic.

Missing 'Outbound Communication', or the 'Outbound Services' is not activated successfully.

Configure the missing 'Outbound Communication':

1. Navigate to Help Guide: Integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (1SO).
2. Got to 'Part 2' and work through sections 1e. , 2e. and 2f.

Reactivate the 'Outbound Services':

1. Navigate to Help Guide: Integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (1SO).
2. Got to 'Part 2' and work through sections 2e. and 2f.
