The Other Configuration Changes Audit Report report describes changes made to feature settings in your system, including many settings in Provisioning for enabled/disabled features.

For "Change Audit" to provide audit logs on "Other Configuration Changes Audit Report" a Prerequisite is that "General Audit" is enabled. To enable the audit, navigate to Admin Center -> Manage Audit Configuration see more details on SAP Help Types of Change Audit Reports

How to run the Other Configuration Changes Audit Report? 

1. Navigate to change audit reports -> select Other Configuration Changes audit report
2. Once reports completes, you can review your report in access reports tab

Note: From 2H 2024 release on, Time Constraints on running the report is 31 days instead of 30 days. You can run a historical report using Date Since.

In addition to standard change audit data, some columns in this report contain audit data that is specific to this type of change. To understand audit data in this report, you need to understand the meaning of each context key, context value, field name, and field value see below details:

Known limitations of the Other Configuration Changes Audit Report

There are a few limitations in the Other Configuration Changes Audit Report.

1. Currently, it does not include changes to configuration fields, like the Company ID. It only includes on/off checkbox settings.
2. It also does not capture changes on the checkboxes of Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Service in Provisioning page, such as SHA 256 box.
3. Enable/disable changes on the checkboxes of SSO settings in Provisioning page is not captured, to obtain it, kindly raise a case to LOD-SF-PLT-CHA (for support, please see "Internal memo" section of this KBA for your reference)
4. We do not have audit capability for details of enabling and disabling various languages at present.
